RETURN POLICY
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the Best Virgin Hair. Human Hair Extensions are a hygienic product and we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW items to be returned for the safety of all our clients.
However, if it is determined that SAB Inc. failed to accurately fulfill your order as purchased, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of receipt to be eligible for an EXCHANGE ONLY. In this instance, SAB Inc. will cover the shipping and postage costs for the returned item. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We WILL NOT ACCEPT any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used (brushed, combed, dyed, installed, braided, sprayed, picked, cut, colored, or washed) or altered in any way. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
*Note: Perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees. Upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny the exchange and negate the inaccurate order if hair is not in the original condition at the time of return. In the event that the hair is not in the original condition, the exchange will be denied and the same hair will be returned to you.

SHIPPING
Please allow up to 3-5 business days processing time for all orders. This is in addition to shipping time. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail to the continental United States and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow additional time to receive items shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Once payment is received and cleared, you will receive email confirmation and a subsequent email when your order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to appear in the USPS postal system. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, once the order is submitted the address cannot be changed.
FREE SHIPPING is applied to U.S. orders over $99 before tax.
All other U.S. orders under $99 is a Flat Rate of $8.00
